Here are the anticipated issues:

 

1. Each device was update in house so we will not have any that will not turn on, so we will need to make sure the users have plugged into the correct power port and or there is no issue with their power adapter.

 

2. Upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10 – Devices require activation – see attached sheet included with each device.

 

3. Adjusting resolution – see attached sheet included with each device.

 

4. WIFI signal – insure they are using the extender that is provided and moving to a more visible location.

 

5. On/Off – the PC2GO can either be turned on/off from the power switch or by switching the BIOS to turn on when it gets power.

 

6. Instructions – When first turning on hit ESC – tab to Advance Tab – tab down to OS/BOM Configuration – tab down to Automatic Power On – Enable ESC – Save changes and reset.
