1.  First of all, you are the home owner of a single family home?  (yes)

 

1. Is your current utility Berkeley, Duke or SCE&G?  (yes)

 

1. Are you paying more than $100 monthly for your electricity? (yes

 

1. Are there trees or any other obstructions blocking sunlight to your roof? (no)

 

1. If they say yes they do have trees that are obstructing the roof, you can advise them that we can always trim them back or cut them down.  We will absorb the cost so long as its ok with the homeowner.  The homeowner must say that it would be ok to trim or cut if needed to install the solar system.

 

1. Did you file and pay taxes in the State of South Carolina last year?  (yes)

 

1. Have you applied any of your tax credits towards any clean energy upgrades in the last 12 months?  (yes or no is ok)

 

 Lastly, are you in good standing with your utility provider – would you rate your credit as Excellent, Good, Average, or below average? (must not be below avg)
